What happens to our records if we cancel or move LMS?

Completion records already written to your LMS remain in your LMS and are governed by your own retention settings. Access to Knowledge Accelerators-hosted content ends with the subscription term. If you move to a new LMS, Knowledge Accelerators can issue compatible packages for the new platform under an active license.
