Which SCORM versions does Knowledge Accelerators support?
Knowledge Accelerators supports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (2nd, 3rd and 4th editions). Your LMS administrator receives the Dynamic SCORM package in the version your platform requires.
Do you provide self-contained SCORM files?
For Microsoft 365 and Copilot training we use Dynamic SCORM: a lightweight package in your LMS that launches content we keep up to date, so there is nothing to re-import after a Microsoft update. For cybersecurity and compliance content, self-contained SCORM files are available on request.
Which LMS platforms do you support?
Knowledge Accelerators has built integrations for Cornerstone OnDemand and Microsoft Viva Learning, and has delivered SCORM-based training into platforms including UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Saba, BMC Remedy and RightAnswers. Any LMS that accepts SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 (2nd, 3rd and 4th editions) can be supported, subject to validation.
Can Knowledge Accelerators integrate with our existing LMS?
Yes. Knowledge Accelerators delivers training into your existing Learning Management System using Dynamic SCORM packages, with an enhanced API integration available for Cornerstone OnDemand. You keep your current platform and deliver continuously updated training inside it.
Do learners stay inside our LMS?
Learners launch the course from your LMS and are taken to a focused course view with no external navigation, which can be branded to your organization and accessed seamlessly, via SSO. In-progress or completed status is passed back to the LMS.
What data is returned to our LMS?
In-progress and completion status is returned to your LMS. Assessment scores and detailed engagement data are held in the Knowledge Accelerators platform and can be surfaced via reporting or a scoped integration.
How often is content updated after a Microsoft release?
Content is reviewed and updated within days of a Microsoft general release. When a video changes, the associated activity and assessment are reviewed at the same time, so the whole course stays consistent.
Does LMS integration require ongoing admin effort?
Very little. Updates to existing courses are applied by Knowledge Accelerators with no re-upload. Adding a new course to your catalog requires a one-time package import by your LMS administrator.
What types of training content are delivered through LMS integration?
Our LMS integration supports microlearning videos, structured courses, and role-based learning paths across Microsoft 365, Copilot, cybersecurity, and custom apps. Content is optimized for short, practical learning experiences that fit naturally into the LMS.
How is Knowledge Accelerators different from other LMS content providers?
Static content libraries ship a package and re-issue it on a release cycle. Knowledge Accelerators maintains the videos, activities and assessments inside the course you assigned, so the LMS record persists and the content does not drift out of date with Dynamic SCORM.

Is Knowledge Accelerators SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. Knowledge Accelerators maintains an annual SOC 2 Type 2 examination.
Where is our data hosted?
Knowledge Accelerators services are hosted in the United States or Western Europe. Regional hosting requirements should be raised early in the evaluation.
Does LMS integration support compliance and audit requirements?
LMS-delivered training produces completion records that support internal audit and training-evidence requirements.
What happens to our records if we cancel or move LMS?
Completion records already written to your LMS remain in your LMS and are governed by your own retention settings. Access to Knowledge Accelerators-hosted content ends with the subscription term. If you move to a new LMS, Knowledge Accelerators can issue compatible packages for the new platform under an active license.
How much does LMS integration cost?
Pricing is an annual subscription banded by licensed user count, plus a one-time onboarding fee. Tell us your user count and LMS platform and we will provide a configured quote.
How long does implementation take?
The integration specification is finalized in one working session. Your administrator then imports a test file before uploading the remaining files.
Can we test before launch?
Yes. Knowledge Accelerators supports validation of package import, launch, SSO and completion reporting before production rollout.
Can we deliver Learning Campaigns through our LMS?
Learning Campaigns run from the Knowledge Accelerators platform rather than through the LMS package. Customers who want campaign-driven adoption alongside LMS delivery typically use both.
